Terms of Service

If you are interested in commission please send me your application that contains information below:

  • type of commission (portrait, halfbody, fullbody, render type)

  • reference with character

  • type of background (simple, detailed)

  • describe your idea

Deadline - up to 4 months. If unforeseen circumstances on my part cause a delay, I will notify you.

  • I draw: people, fan art, fan characters, sfw.

  • For sci-fi themes, please check with me first whether I can handle the order.

  • I do not draw: real people from photos, ponies, furries.

I won't work with character without reference sheets or pictures of them.
Exception: creating a design for a reference page.

Payment and refunds

  • Payment via Boosty (card only) or Easystaff (supports various payment methods, including PayPal).

  • I work only with full upfront payment.

  • If an order is cancelled for any reason, I will refund the amount minus the cost of work already completed (for example, if a sketch is ready, I will deduct its cost and refund the rest).

  • If I am unable to complete the artwork due to personal reasons, a refund will also be issued based on the completed stage.

  • Requesting a chargeback without prior communication will result in a permanent ban from future orders.

  • if the payment goes through Boosty there will be no refund (the platform does not provide for this)

  • if the order is more than 300 USD in total, you can pay according to the plan (in parts)

Workflow

  • I will provide you with a sketch for approval. At this stage, any changes can be made free of charge.

  • After the sketch is approved, I will only fix my own mistakes - if something doesn't match the provided description or character reference.

  • If you want to see WIPs of any stage of your commission, just let me know.

  • If you do not want the artwork to be posted publicly, or want it posted anonymously, please let me know in advance.

Revisions

  • Minor adjustments are free of charge at any stage of the process.

  • Major revisions (e.g., changing a pose) are allowed during the sketch stage only. Up to 5 major revisions are included for free; after that, each additional major revision costs $10.

  • Once you have given final approval for the artwork, no further revisions will be made.

Use

  • All artwork is intended for personal use only.

  • You may post my artwork online as long as proper credit is given (a link to my profile or a direct tag).

  • Using the artwork for AI training or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.

PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Allowed:
Share my artwork on your social media (with credit)
NOT allowed:
Resell my artworks in their original form (source file) + use them for manufacturing merchandise
Claim my artworks as your own
Use my artwork as any part of monetized content (YouTube videos, streams, etc.)

MONETIZED USE LICENSE

Allowed:
Use my artwork as any part of monetized content (YouTube videos, streams, etc.)
Share my artwork on your social media (with credit)
NOT allowed:
Claim my artworks as your own
Resell my artworks in their original form (source file) + use them for manufacturing merchandise

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE

Allowed:
Use my artwork as any part of monetized content (YouTube videos, streams, etc.)
Share my artwork on your social media (with credit)
Use artwork for creating merchandise
NOT allowed:
Claim my artworks as your own
Resell my artworks in their original form (source file)

Intellectual property rights

  • The full copyright of the artwork remains with me.

  • You are granted only the right to use the artwork.

  • You may make minor modifications (color correction, cropping, background adjustments).

  • Reselling or reusing the artwork is not permitted.

  • I reserve the right to use final image in artbooks, as prints, on patreon etc. In case I do - on all pictures used in this manner I will include the name of the character and its owner.

By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.
I retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates this terms.
By ordering NSFW (not safe for work) stuff you confirm that you are at least 18 and order it for private use.
