Terms of Service

If you are interested in commission please send me your application that contains information below:

  • type of commission (portrait, halfbody, fullbody)

  • reference with character

  • type of background (simple, detailed)

  • SFW or NSFW

  • describe your idea

Deadline 2-4 weeks

Payment

  • USD only

  • Payment via Payoneer or Boosty (preferably)

  • payments are taken up front and must be done within 48 hours after claiming a slot

  • if the payment goes through Boosty there will be no refund (the platform does not provide for this)

  • if the order is more than 300 USD in total, you can pay according to the plan (in parts)

I will draw

  • Any species (human included)

  • Characters of any sex and gender

  • Straight, gay, lesbian, queer etc. couples and groups

  • Violent situations (please ask)

  • Soft fetishes (please ask)

I won’t draw

  • Pony

  • Underage characters in sexual situations

  • Extreme fetishes (please ask)

  • Extreme gore

  • Vore

I won't work with character without reference sheets or pictures of them.

  • I will provide you a sketch for approval. At this stage any changes can be applied free of charge. After the sketch is approved, I will only fix my own mistakes - if something doesn't fit the provided description or character reference.

  • If provided was rejected for some reason - I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in other work.

  • If you want to see WIPs of any stage of your commission - tell me.

  • When the work is done, I will send you the high-resolution file and a preview for web use. If you want to publish the image online, please use the watermarked version and give me a proper credit (link is appreciated).

  • In case you want to keep a commission private, or would not want it to be used anywhere - please let me know right in the request.

I reserve the right to use final image in artbooks, as prints, on patreon etc. In case I do - on all pictures used in this manner I will include the name of the character and its owner.
You can use web version of work in any non-commercial manner. You can edit it to use as icon, banner, etc. Credit or link back are appreciated.

By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.
I retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates this terms.
By ordering NSFW (not safe for work) stuff you confirm that you are at least 18 and order it for private use.
